Jim Hanrahan, Executive Vice President
Jim has over 20 years of experience in management, finance and operations and has been a senior-level executive at CDI since 2002. He has extensive expertise in coordinating operational strategies, leveraging organizational capabilities and developing new business opportunities. Jim is responsible for the overall strategy, operations and performance of CDI-Talent Management’s four business segments: on-demand staffing, managed programs, recruitment process outsourcing and workforce consulting. Jim holds a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
Rob Boyle, Vice President of Business Devlopment
Rob is a senior sales and business development executive with over 25 years of experience in Staffing, MSP and RPO solutions. He has worked for CDI for 20 years, assisting with CDI-Talent Management's business development efforts and working to promote our tailored solutions.
Dean Magliozzi, Vice President of Staffing Solutions
Dean has been employed with CDI for over 20 years and has more than 25 years of professional staffing, operations and MSP/VMS global solutions experience in a variety of industries and disciplines. He has overall responsibility and executive leadership for the Managed Programs group. In his previous role with CDI, he was responsible for the executive leadership of CDI's Process & Industrial recruiting group. Dean holds a B.S. from Curry College.
Laurie Menner, Vice President of Resource Solutions
Focused on the infrastructure and support organizations need to increase productivity and improve overall delivery, Laurie oversees CDI's operational consistency and excellence in sourcing support, training, methodology, technology/reporting, implementation project management, audit and compliance. She began her career as a temporary staffing recruiter and moved into the direct hire arena in 1997 with MRINetwork, implementing / managing their first major global account, providing recruiting to a UK-based telecommunications company. Laurie holds a B.A. from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Heather Bailey, Director of Strategic Recruiting Solutions
An experienced professional with strong analytical skills and proven leadership ability, Heather operates CDI's Recruiting Center of Excellence. With over 10 years experience in the staffing industry, she has expertise in leading projects and teams to achieve company objectives by utilizing a hands-on approach. She also has an extensive background in technical recruitment, fulfillment management, customer service and supplier associate utilization. Heather holds both an M.B.A. and a B.A. from Marshall University.
Rebecca Gratto, Director of Finance
With more than 12 years of finance experience in the engineering and staffing industries, Rebecca is responsible for the management and preparation of all financial reports, audits and overall financial integrity of CDI-Talent Management’s financials, encompassing both domestic and international areas. She partners with the senior operations team to provide financial and business leadership, strategy and tactics development, and directs the complete compliance with all CDI financial policies and customer contract requirements. Rebecca holds a B.A. from Rutgers University.
Doug Fearon, Director of Human Resources
Doug is focused on the strategic aspects of human resources as they apply to the business strategy. His experience includes over 20 years of recruiting, business development, operations management and overall business management in the staffing industry. Doug holds a M.B.A. from Rowan University and a B.A. from Gettysburg College.
