  • A global power and energy solutions provider wanted to reduce the number of staffing suppliers they used in order to reduce costs and improve performance.  CDI implemented a Managed Service Program and provided vendor management services, delivering approximately $1M in cost savings annually.

  • A leading provider of engineering, construction and technical services needed highly-skilled engineers, designers and other technical professionals and also wanted assistance with streamlining their vendor management program.  CDI developed a comprehensive Managed Service Program, supplying 36 states and 140 locations with contingent staff, direct hire, vendor administration and payroll services.  CDI's unique solution improved efficiencies for increased productivity, resulting in overall cost savings, improved quality and enhanced service.

  • A global technology company was in search of a managed staffing provider who could supply a large number of highly-skilled professionals.  CDI managed all contingent employees, rolling out the program to 35 sites in the US and Canada and achieving over $1M in cost savings for the client.

  • A global technology corporation required assistance in managing a large staff of temporary employees and also needed to coordinate the hiring of 555 technical and professional employees.  CDI implemented a Managed Service Program and convened a team of recruiters to achieve a 95% selection-to-hire ratio within three months for the new positions.
