Jim Lanzalotto is an award-winning strategy, marketing and eBusiness Leader with nearly 25 years of
direct, leading-edge experience for some of America's highest-impact B2B brands in the technology and
human capital markets. He started Scanlon.Louis with the fundamental belief that -- regardless of the
economic environment -- companies need outsourced strategy and marketing services to enhance their
existing resources and grow their brands.
Jim's background is ideally suited for this venture. For You, a unit of Day & Zimmermann and a
market-leading provider of talent and outsourcing services, he was instrumental in cementing the
company's reputation as an innovative click-and-mortar business and high-value service provider.
His team produced the best marketing programs in its market in 2006 and 2008, winning the

For the American Staffing Association, he led a team of peer marketing executives to brand a
$130 billion industry -- to finance and HR decision-makers -- with a breakthrough strategy
and sharp creative execution.
Jim has also been recognized for his expertise in developing unique new products and go-to-market
strategies. The Yoh Exchange, an interactive marketplace, won the ASUG Impact Award for
product innovation in the SAP ecosystem. For Rosenbluth, the corporate travel leader, he built
interactive and virtual travel products that paved a unique path in a hypercompetitive industry.
Jim is a sought after writer and speaker on the economy, customer relationships, eBusiness and
